Sew Much Fun! - A Child's Intro to Sewing

Thursdays, April 12, 19 & 26 at 4:15 p.m.
Kimberly Public Library

Are you in 3rd - 5th grade and would like to try sewing? In this three-week series, we'll cover how to thread a needle, some basic hand stitches, and sewing on a button or trims. We'll use what we learn to make a small project to take home each week: a fabric envelope, a stuffie, and a bean bag animal. Build on your skills each week. Materials are provided, though if you'd like to turn that mismatched sheet or outgrown shirt into a fun project, bring it along!

This is a repeat of the March classes for new attendees. Class space is limited. Registration is required and begins on March 28. Please call 788-7515 or stop by either location to sign up. Walk-ins will be accommodated if space allows.
