Meals at the Market

Learn how to successfully produce your own salad dressing and vinaigrette and the different types of salads to use them on. This class will also teach how to utilize local and seasonal ingredients as well as show the importance of herbs and spices.

This free program, taught by local chef Megan Martzahl, will take place after hours at the Little Chute Library. Special thanks to Megan, Larry's Piggly Wiggly and Produce with Purpose Farm for their donations to make this workshop possible.
